SOLO #20

Spending most of my free time with my camera once again paid off.

We made it to the front page of one of the nicest magazines in the world of skateboarding.

Thomas Busottil, the creative mind behind www.deparisyearbook.com, spreaded some good news today:

“We’re launching the new book, called “City Triptych 2016″ as it comes this year under one 365 pages Book.”

There is going to be a launch event plus a exhibition starting September, 15th in Berlin.

I am once again super psyched to finally see the result and also to be a part of the whole puzzle.

Sunny days were pretty rare this summer in Europe.

Daniel Pannemann made use of some warm hours by taking a wet slide.

Always great to watch this guy skate.

Cleptomanicx took out an ad for the latest SOLO skatemag.

Clepto Teamrider Jan Hoffmann and me were in the fortunate position to find a discarded bobtail the other day and made it skateable.

I made another zine about my trip to Montreal last year.

Printed on organic paper and kindly supported by CONVERSE.

A couple of weeks ago Graham Tait put together a new issue of North Skateboard magazine.

I contributed this black and white page that I took in The Hague, Netherlands last year.

These two pictures of Ilja Judizki and Tjark Thielker were taken last autumn and have now been used as Cleptomanicx ads in Solo and Parallel.

I burned some of my slides for a featured article in Parallel Skateboard Magazin.

A few of them were leftovers from the last couple of years, but still worth working with it.

Also there is a Julian Furones portfolio plus a Koni Rutschmann interview that you should definitely check. Grab a copy while you can!

“Un été à Montpellier” is the title of a 40-page zine that I made.

It pictures my stay in Montpellier featuring Nils Brauer, Tjark Thielker and Peter Sievert.

The zine is now available at Montur skateshop and Cleptomanicx.

SOLO skatemag did a review on that thing here.
